After your ball arrives, charge it and connect it to a compatible computer using the included USB cable. Copy your supported files onto the device, safely disconnect it, then play your memories. Follow the included instructions for file requirements.

Does it arrive with my videos already loaded?
You load your own files after delivery. No video upload is required when placing your order.
Can I transfer directly from my phone?
The setup described here uses a compatible computer and USB connection. Direct phone transfer is not promised. Save your phone files to your computer first.
Can I change the memories later?
Yes. Reconnect it to your computer and replace the supported files, following the included instructions. Keep a separate backup of your original memories.
Does it work away from the charger?
The product listing specifies a rechargeable battery with approximately 2–4 hours of playback per charge. Actual runtime varies with use.
How big is it?
The ball is 70 mm across, about 2.8 inches. It can sit on the included display base or hang using the lanyard.
